We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Waste Management Operative to support our client.
Do you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and making a real difference in your community? Join our Waste Management as a loader operative.
Key Responsibilities- Collect waste and recycling from domestic and commercial properties
- Empty litter bins and clear litter
- Report issues like fly tipping and potholes
- Assist with container delivery and vehicle safety
- Support street cleaning
- Teamwork and reliability
- Health & safety awareness
- Experience working to operational targets
- Full training will be given, uniform, and protective gear supplied
- Up to 37 hours Monday to Friday, additional Saturday working may be available.
This is a hands‑on role ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping public spaces clean, safe, and well maintained.
