About The Role
Join Equans as a Fire Door Maintenance Operative and play a key role in protecting people by inspecting, maintaining, and repairing fire doors to the highest safety standards. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure risks are managed proactively. Reporting to the Fire Door Supervisor, you’ll plan your work safely, adhere to policies and H&S regulations, and support a strong team environment.

Salary: £40,000 per annum + benefits
Shift: Monday to Thursday, 7am – 5pm

- Experienced in fire door inspection, maintenance & repairs
- Holds recognized Fire Door Inspection qualifications (e.g., FDIS, BRE)
- Knowledgeable in health and safety legislation (SMSTS, IOSH, NEBOSH)
- Confident and professional communicator
- Able to work independently and manage your workload
- Comfortable using CAFM systems and Microsoft Office for reporting and administration
