What You’ll Be Doing

• Owning and growing a busy industrial desk

• Winning new business and developing client relationships

• Leading sales meetings and site visits

• Advertising, sourcing and placing top talent

• Delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates

• Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle

• Working to compliance and employment legislation standards

• Hitting targets, earning commission, and celebrating success

What We’re Looking For

• Energetic, motivated and commercially minded

• Confident communicator with strong customer service skills

• Sales or business development experience

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

• IT literate and organised

• Full UK driving licence

• Previous recruitment experience is desirable — but not essential
