As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will learn how to manage the end-to-end recruitment process while supporting clients and candidates throughout the hiring journey. This is an entry-level role designed for individuals who are motivated, target-driven, and eager to build a career in recruitment and sales.

• Source and attract candidates using job boards, social media, and networking
• Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews
• Match suitable candidates to client vacancies
• Support senior consultants with vacancy management and client communication
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
• Advertise roles and manage responses
• Maintain accurate records on internal recruitment systems
• Learn negotiation and offer management processes

• Structured training on recruitment processes, sales techniques, and market knowledge
• Ongoing coaching and mentorship from experienced consultants

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
