Lord Hardy Court provides care to 60 older people, with a range of individual needs, a Learning Disability including Dementia, and joint working with NHS to provide services to the community.
Responsibilities- Contribute to the provision of a comfortable, stimulating homely environment that meets Fundamental Standards of Health and Safety and Dignity in Care Principles.
- Contribute to and develop a customer‑focused service that is responsive and flexible to all customer needs.
- Work on a shift system on a rota basis, including weekends, bank holidays, covering up to 37hrs for leave and sickness.
- Experience in a social care setting.
- Level 1 or Direct Care NVQ or equivalent (training is available in‑house and through the council’s own programmes).
