Management Accountant

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

We are seeking a proactive and ambitious part-qualified or newly qualified accountant to join a growing finance team in Rotherham. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career and gain broad exposure across management accounting within a supportive environment.

• Prepare and analyse management accounts, budgets, and forecasts
• Support month-end and year-end reporting processes
• Monitor and report on key financial metrics and variances
• Assist with cash flow management and financial planning
• Work closely with operational teams to provide financial insight and support
• Support ad-hoc finance projects as required

• Part-qualified (ACCA, CIMA) or newly qualified accountant
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
• Confident in communicating financial information to stakeholders
• Proactive and able to work both independently and collaboratively
