Are you a Junior Controls Engineer or similar with TIA Portal programming knowledge looking for an exciting opportunity to work on international projects?

Do you want to work for a business that is the go‑to specialist globally for their technical niche, looking to pass down knowledge to the next generation of Controls Engineers?

In this role you will be programming TIA Portal PLCs in an office environment, before going out to site to test and commission. You'll become a specialist in bespoke control solutions for the metal forging industry, acting as a technical expert. For the first six months or so, you'll be trained 1‑on‑1 by senior team members before accompanying the team on international projects.

This specialist consultancy provides a suite of technical assistance and retrofit services to OEMs and global metal manufacturers. The company has grown steadily since 2009 and now has a team of ten highly skilled engineers.

The role would suit a Junior Controls Engineer with TIA Portal programming knowledge, looking to travel internationally, receive great bonuses, 1‑to‑1 training and career progression opportunities.

• Travelling internationally for up to 12 weeks at a time
