Teaching Assistant

Milk Education are working closely with a welcoming primary school in Rotherham who are looking for a Teaching Assistant to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children’s learning and development in a positive, inclusive school environment.

• Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 (depending on experience)

• Working 1:1 or with small groups to support learning and development

• Assisting the class teacher with lesson delivery and classroom management

• Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment

• Supporting pupils with additional needs where required

• Has experience working with children in a primary school or similar setting

• Is patient, caring, and enthusiastic about education

• Has strong communication and teamwork skills

• Is adaptable and able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff

• Holds a relevant qualification (desirable but not essential)
