We are seeking a committed and skilled professional to take on the role of Alternative Pathway Lead Teacher within our inclusive and forward‑thinking secondary school. This pivotal role will lead the design and delivery of a bespoke, adaptive curriculum for Key Stage 3 and 4 learners, helping them re‑engage with education and achieve meaningful progress.

• Lead the day‑to‑day operation of the Alternative Pathway provision.
• Deliver high‑quality, personalised teaching to students with SEMH and complex needs.
• Champion trauma‑informed and restorative practices to support emotional wellbeing.
• Collaborate with families, staff, and external agencies to remove barriers to learning.
• Monitor and evaluate pupil progress, behaviour, and engagement.
