About the RoleAs an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting pupils with needs such as autism, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties. You’ll help pupils thrive academically, socially, and emotionally, contributing to a positive and structured learning environment.
Responsibilities- Work 1:1 or in small groups to provide targeted academic and emotional support
- Assist with behaviour management and emotional regulation under teacher guidance
- Contribute to individual support plans and monitor pupil progress
- Build meaningful relationships that foster confidence and independence
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning environment
- Experience working with children or vulnerable individuals is desirable but not essential
- Strong communication, patience, and resilience
- Genuine interest in SEN and child development
- An up-to-date CV and enhanced DBS registered to the update service (or willingness to apply)

- Have the right to work in the UK
- Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years
- Have a DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one
