About the role:
- Deliver outstanding teaching and assessment in Electrical Installations up to Level 3, including study programmes, apprenticeships, and adult courses in both workshop and classroom settings.
- Use hands‑on knowledge to bring lessons to life with a practical, theoretical, and digital mix that engages learners and prepares them for the real world.
- Play a vital role in curriculum development, learner progress tracking, and resource creation to support high‑quality outcomes.

What we’re looking for:
- A vocational qualification at Level 3 or above in Electrical Installations
- A teaching qualification and assessor award (or willingness to gain them)
- Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths (or willingness to obtain)
- Willingness to obtain an enhanced DBS
- A collaborative, motivated team player with strong communication skills
- A passion for teaching and the ability to inspire learners of all backgrounds
