Construction Education Team Leader
Location:
Rotherham
Salary: £41,165 + benefits
Hours:
Full-time, 37 hours per week

You will lead the delivery of construction apprenticeship programmes across Rotherham and Dearne Valley campuses, ensuring high‑quality training, strong learner progress, and excellent employer alignment. The role involves day‑to‑day leadership of assessors and tutors, quality assurance, and curriculum development.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate construction apprenticeship provision
- Line‑manage and support teaching and assessing staff
- Ensure high‑quality learner experience and outcomes
- Oversee quality assurance and awarding body compliance
- Drive innovation aligned with employer needs
- Experience in apprenticeship delivery and assessment (construction preferred)
- Strong understanding of FE and Apprenticeship Standards
- Level 3+ vocational qualification and Assessor Award (TAQA/A1)
- IQA qualification (or willingness to obtain)
- Level 2 English and Maths (or willingness to achieve)
