Overview
A children's residential care provider in Rotherham is seeking a Residential Support Worker to support young people with complex needs. The role involves building relationships, maintaining records, and contributing to care plans.
Responsibilities- Build relationships with young people and contribute to a supportive, trauma-informed environment.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to care plans.
- Level 3 / 4 qualification in Children & Young People (or equivalent); training is available.
