Key Responsibilities:
- Building positive relationships with young people, families, and external professionals
- Supporting young people with daily routines, education, and emotional wellbeing
- Contributing to care plans and risk assessments
- Supporting implementation and reviews of plans
- Maintaining high-quality and accurate records

No previous experience required – you will receive 3 weeks of classroom training followed by 1 week of shadow shifts
, ensuring you feel confident and fully supported in your role.
- You do not hold a Full UK Driving Licence and do not have access to a car
- You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care – this is not deemed equivalent
- You only have Health Care, NHS, CQC, or Nursery Practitioner experience
- You require sponsorship – no sponsorship available

Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Children’s Home will not be considered.
