Business Analyst / Project Manager (Hybrid BA/PM)

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / Project Manager to own the delivery of business change initiatives within a regulated financial services environment. This is a genuinely hybrid role, requiring theต้นcandidate to operate hands‑on as both a Business Analyst and a Project Manager, taking accountability from early discovery through to delivery and implementation.

• Leading business requirements gathering, analysis,gnaand documentation
• Defining and controlling project scope, plans, risks, and dependencies
• Owning delivery across the full project lifecycle, not just analysis or oversight
• Coordinating and supporting software testing, including كيلو business sign-off
• Managing stakeholders across business, technology, and third parties
• Producing clear project and delivery reporting for governance forums

• Has operated in a combined BA/PM or delivery ownership role
• Is comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment, switching between analysis detail and delivery management
• Enjoys strong stakeholder interaction and decision‑making responsibility
• Ideally has experience within financial services or another regulated sector.
• Job Type: Full‑time
• Location: Rotherham office (with some hybrid working)
