Warranty Administrator
Location:
Rotherham
Salary: £27,000, OTE £31,000 DOE
Monday to Friday 8:30-5:30pm
Are you an organised, detail-driven professional with a passion for accuracy and automotive excellence?
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator or someone looking for a career in administration to join a successful brand and exciting dealer group. The successful candidate will be given training and progression opportunities.
Main Duties and Responsibilities- To prepare, process and invoice warranty claims following strict company and manufacturing guidelines.
- Monitoring claim status to final payments.
- Warranty or Service background would be beneficial.
- Vehicle technical knowledge would be beneficial.
- Autoline / Kerridge experience would be beneficial.
- Computer literate.
- Excellent administration skills.
- Enthusiastic.
- Approachable.
- Able to resolve problems.
- Outstanding organisation skills.
- Good clear telephone manner.
