Location:
Roswell, NM with travel across New Mexico
Schedule:
Full-time | Monday – Friday (occasional weekends)
Pay: $18.50/hr. during training | $7.25/hr. + piece rate after training + contest bonuses

We are one of the fastest-growing names in billboard advertising across the South-Central U.S. As a Billboard Installer, you’ll travel the region, climb structures up to 125 feet tall, and help shape the visual landscape of America's roadways.
EssentialFunctions
- Climb fixed, portable, and extension ladders—up to 125 feet—multiple times daily.
- Work from elevated platforms for up to 70% of your day—while always staying safe.
- Install and maintain billboard signs, including posters and bulletins.
- Lift and carry up to 100 lbs. using safe lifting techniques.
- Operate and learn to use tools like welders, oxygen/acetylene torches, chainsaws, compressors, and more.
- Travel extensively across New Mexico (hotels and $35/day per diem paid!).
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Follow safety protocols without exception—your life depends on it!
- Weekly Schedules may require long days (sunup to sundown). When Schedule is completed, the workweek could end.
- Monday through Friday schedule (with occasional weekend work).
- $18.50/hour during training.
- After training: $7.25/hour base + Piece Rate pay + bonus contests for extra earnings!
- Weekly pay, hotel covered during travel, and daily per diem of $35.
- Medical Insurance and Paid Time Off after 60 days.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Light construction or similar hands-on experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and clean background.
- Ability to pass a drug test.
- Physical strength, stamina, and comfort working at extreme heights.
- Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
- Excellent communication and time-management skills.
