Expectations

- Satisfy the transportation needs of vehicle purchasers.
- Sell and deliver a minimum of 10 units per month.
- Assist customers in selecting vehicles, explaining features, and offering test drives.
- Follow dealership procedures for paperwork and customer follow-up.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay current with new offerings.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and proper vehicle delivery.
- Follow up post-delivery and maintain prospect development systems.

- Introduce customers to parts, service, F&I, and general merchandise departments.
- Utilize floor time effectively and follow established procedures for warranty and paperwork.
- Develop prospects and demonstrate product advantages.
- Cross-sell accessories, parts, F&I products, and warranties.
- Greet customers promptly, verify qualification, and handle complaints empathetically.
- Ensure consistent customer treatment and conduct transactions courteously.
- Create customer loyalty events during vehicle delivery.
- Use a standardized quotation process and follow up for additional sales.
- Perform pre-delivery inspections and stay current with sales techniques through training.
