Primary Care Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (FP, IM) – Post-Acute Care – Roswell, New Mexico Opportunity Highlights
- Full-time (4–5 days/week) or part-time (1–3 days/week) schedule
- Monday–Friday rounding in skilled nursing facilities
- Flexible schedule with no primary night call
- Supportive multidisciplinary team with structured onboarding and clinical mentorship
- Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans
- Manage acute and chronic conditions
- Coordinate care with physicians and facility staff
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Fee-for-service model with uncapped productivity
- Estimated earnings: $102,000–$121,000+ annually
