Provide direct patient care in a Med Surg setting, ensuring safety and comfort.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs regularly.

Assist in achieving departmental goals and performance targets.

Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.

Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.

Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.

Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care and departmental updates.

Current RN license with Med Surg experience preferred.

Strong commitment to ongoing professional development and training.

Proven ability to monitor vital signs and document patient progress accurately.

Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.

Experience in collaborating with healthcare teams for patient care plans.

Ability to educate patients and families on health management effectively.

Experience in quality improvement initiatives within a healthcare setting.

Strong organizational skills to maintain accurate documentation.

Ability to provide emotional support to patients and families.

Willingness to participate in team meetings and share insights.
