  Eastern New Mexico Medical Center, Roswell
• Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (guaranteed 36 hours per week)
• Salary: $2,300 – $2,400 per week
• Contract Length: 13 weeks

• Provide direct patient care in a Med Surg setting, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs regularly.
• Assist in achieving departmental goals and performance targets.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post‑discharge care.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
• Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care and departmental updates.

• Current RN license;
  Med Surg experience preferred.
• Strong commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Ability to monitor vital signs and document progress accurately.
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
• Experience collaborating with healthcare teams for patient care plans.
• Ability to educate patients and families on health management.
• Experience in quality improvement initiatives within a healthcare setting.
• Strong organizational skills for accurate documentation.
• Capacity to provide emotional support to patients and families.
• Willingness to participate in team meetings and share insights.
