Rio Pecos Medical Associates is seeking an experienced Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join our growing, collaborative obstetrics team in Roswell, New Mexico.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with our on-site OB/GYN providers, hospital partners, and interdisciplinary clinical staff to ensure that every pregnant patient receives high-quality, compassionate, and consistent care across the continuum of pregnancy, labor, delivery, and postpartum.

What You Will Do- Provide comprehensive obstetric care including prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum services
- Collaborate closely with OB/GYN physicians, hospital staff, and care coordination teams
- Support safe, evidence-based labor and delivery practices
- Educate and counsel patients and families throughout pregnancy and postpartum
- Participate in a growing, team-based OB program serving a regional population

Qualifications- Current Certified Nurse Midwife certification
- Active or eligible New Mexico licensure
- Commitment to patient-centered, team-based care
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

Pay: $90,000.00 - $ per year
