Position Highlights Established orthopedic practice with 2 physicians and 2 PAs Support staff includes 3 CSC and 3 MAs Epic EMR with AI-driven scribe technology to streamline documentation and improve workflow Clinic located on a hospital campus Mako robotic system available Onsite imaging Flexible
Schedule:
Clinic up to 3 days/week; surgery 1-2 days/week Expected patient volume: 20-25 per day Call schedule: 10 days/month
Compensation & Benefits Total compensation package of $730k+ including bonuses and incentives Base salary with wRVU production model Sign-on bonus CME allowance Residency stipend available Relocation allowance Medical debt assistance with consultative loan services Paid malpractice coverage Comprehensive health benefits and retirement plan Marketing and practice growth support
