Orthopedic Surgeon Roswell, NM - stipend

General Orthopedic Surgeon to join its established practice in Roswell, New Mexico
. Both seasoned and new graduates welcome. New graduates will thrive in a supportive environment with mentorship from experienced providers.

• Practice of 2 physicians and 2 PAs
• Mixed staff of 3 CSC and 3 MA's
• Smart Technology: providers use Epic EMR and Ambience AI scribe to automate documentation, reduce admin burden, improve patient flow.
• Orthopedic clinic located on the hospital campus
• Mako robotic system
• Onsite imaging
• Practice Your Way:
  Clinic up to 3 days/week, surgery 1-2 days/week
• Expected Patient Load: 20-25 a day
• Call Pay: 10 days/month

• Total compensation package of $730K+ including base salary with wRVU incentive, CME allowance, sign‑on bonus, medical debt assistance, relocation allowance, residency stipend, paid malpractice coverage, health benefits, retirement plan, marketing and practice growth assistance.
