Call Center Outbound Business Account Representative

• Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell services based on their needs
• Make outbound calls to connect with potential business customers and present service packages
• Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the Sales Force system
• Utilize product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and promote the benefits of switching services
• Problem‑solve and encourage commitment from business customers when necessary

• Minimum of three to six months of related experience and/or training
• Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
• Ability to engage in conversations and close sales
• A proactive approach to customer interactions
• Associate's degree or higher preferred

• Experience in a sales or customer service role
• Strong communication skills and ability to tailor interactions to customer needs
• Familiarity with telecommunications products and services
