We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Supervisor to oversee construction departments within the plant. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction management processes. This role requires proficiency in various construction management software and tools, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, safely, and within budget.

• Supervise daily operations in the plant building modular homes, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate project scheduling and resource allocation to meet deadlines.
• Manage relationships with subcontractors.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and specifications.
• Read blueprints and schematics to guide project execution effectively.
• Provide training and support to team members while fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

• Proven experience in construction management with a focus on project supervision.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling techniques.
• Experience in reading blueprints, schematics, and conducting quality control assessments.
• Solid understanding of OSHA regulations related to construction safety.
• Excellent management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively.
• Strong communication skills for liaising with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
• Previous experience in construction is essential.
• Supervising experience is preferred to ensure effective team leadership.
