League Operations Manager - RCX Sports Foundation

As a League Operations Manager you will oversee all operational aspects of the RCX Sports Foundation leagues within your region while also expanding the RCX Sports Foundation’s league offerings within the leagues we operate. You’ll be a product expert on all RCX Sports Foundation initiatives and partner with professional leagues, and league staff, provide exciting opportunities for all children to play youth sports.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee all league coordinators within your assigned region and support them with managing all operational aspects of the RCX Sports Foundation leagues including staffing leagues, field and facility management, and equipment resources.
- Review and implement in-season and off-season processes to support the efficient operation of RCX Sports Foundation leagues including registration, safety & compliance, training, and marketing.
- Regularly collaborate with cross-functional partners, provide feedback on league operations best practices, and support the enhancement of RCX Sports Foundation leagues offerings through collaborative meetings, material development, and streamlining processes.
- Collaborate with the Director of League Operations to help determine the annual budget for leagues in your region.
- Provide weekly updates to senior RCX Sports Foundation leaders on marketing and customer service needs for leagues in your region to ensure alignment.
- Conduct quarterly market reports for your region to guide senior RCX Sports Foundation leaders in league strategic planning and decision making.
- Manage the launch of new sport properties in your region, including but not limited to NHL Street, Jr. NBA, and USTA programs.
- Manage and provide mentorship, training, and regular communication with your team of league coordinators.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (Sports Management degree or similar preferred).
- At least 4 years of prior professional experience in the sports industry or closely related field and prior leadership experience training and developing direct reports.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and foster key relationships with current and prospective clients.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills and ability to build authentic, collaborative relationships with internal and external partners.
- Initiative-taking and driven professional mindset with a passion for the enhancement of youth sports across the country.
- Proven track record of designing creative solutions and proactively addressing issues that arise during the workday.
- Passion for collaboratively working in a team environment.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, G‑Suite:
Google Sheets, Slides and Docs.

- Travel:
Up to 10% of the time. - Work Schedule:
Full‑Time Monday‑Friday with some weekends required. - Compensation Structure:
Expected starting salary $60,000–$67,000 per year. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401(k), paid parental leave, unlimited PTO, monthly wellness expense reimbursement, and additional voluntary benefits. - Location:
Hybrid, Roswell, GA – the role will work approximately two days per week in the RCX Sports Headquarters in Roswell, GA. - Reports to:
Director of League Operations – RCX Sports Foundation. - Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position will oversee full‑time direct reports.
