Senior Small Business Relationship Banker (Roswell Branch)
Job Description:
The Senior Small Business Relationship Banker meets with customers and prospects in person and on the phone to determine their financial needs and provides appropriate solutions to meet those needs.
- Achieve individual and branch targets by proactively identifying customer needs and providing advanced guidance on Regions’ solutions with a focus on small‑business customers.
- Conduct outbound calls to expand existing relationships and acquire new ones using generated lead lists.
- Work with the Branch Manager to serve as the primary relationship manager for small‑business customers with revenues up to $5 MM.
- Educate and advise customers on consumer and business products and services, including all loan and deposit types.
- Advise customers on emerging technology and digital solutions such as mobile, online, and ATM offerings.
- Provide a consistent optimal customer experience, including greeting customers and processing transactions as needed.
- Own and resolve customer issues.
- Refer customers to internal experts when additional financial goals are recognized.
- Support team development by serving as a subject‑matter expert for junior bankers.
- Follow all bank processes and procedures and adhere to applicable laws and regulations.
This position requires tracking time for hours worked over 40 per week and is eligible for overtime under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
This position is incentive eligible and requires registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS). More information can be found on the NMLS website.
Requirements- High School Diploma or GED.
- Two (2) years of banking, sales, and/or customer service experience.
- Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
- Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
- Ability to use a computer frequently, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor.
- Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to twenty (20) pounds.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Adherence to policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Assistance with digital banking offerings.
- Handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Excellent relationship‑building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong business acumen to assess the needs of small‑business clients.
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational communication skills.

Compensation DetailsPay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point‑of‑market reference for compensation decisions. Pay will vary based on experience, skills, knowledge, and performance. The role is eligible to participate in a commission incentive plan and a formulaic incentive plan.
