Trillium Construction is now seeking a Sales / Business Development Manager of Civil & Site Development to work in the Atlanta, GA & Orlando, FL markets.
Growing civil/site development contractor seeking a driven Sales / Business Development professional to expand our presence in the Atlanta and Orlando markets. This role offers a generous base salary, uncapped commissions, and a company vehicle or vehicle allowance.
Responsibilities- Develop new business with GCs, developers, and owners
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Prospect, network, and manage sales pipeline
- Coordinate with estimating and operations teams
- Significant untapped market potential
- Performance-based earnings with no cap

Requirements- B2B sales or business development experience (construction preferred)

- Valid driver’s license
