Tidewater is actively searching for entry-level professionals to join our Atlanta‑based team. The Communications team will seek out and engage prospective customers to support client growth.
Daily Responsibilities- Build client relationships:
Follow up with clients, address concerns, and offer personalized recommendations. - Product/Service Knowledge:
Answer client questions and ensure purchases meet their needs. - Provide feedback:
Share insights with the management team to improve business. - Mandatory training:
Attend sessions to acquire system knowledge, understand sales strategies, and stay up‑to‑date on products and services.
- Must be able to commute to the office every day.
- 1–2 years experience in a customer‑facing role.
- Excellent ability to build and manage relationships.
- Self‑motivated, team player, and trainable.
- Unrelenting drive to understand customer needs.
Salary: $70,000.00 – $ (annual).
Location:
Atlanta, GA.
