** POSITION OVERVIEW
** As a
** Business Development Manager
** at
** Ed Castro Landscaping**, you will identify and secure new client relationships, generate leads, develop sales strategies, and expand the company’s market presence within the landscaping industry.###
** JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*
* • Actively identify potential clients who could benefit from the company’s services.
• Establish and cultivate strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and goals.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company growth targets.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new business opportunities.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging markets to identify new opportunities.
• Attend industry events, participate in community outreach, and build relationships with potential clients and partners.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records of leads, clients, and sales activities.
• Track sales performance, analyze results, and provide regular reports to management.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team, operations, and other departments to ensure seamless project execution.

* * software to create, track, and manage client estimates, contracts, and job scheduling.
• Assist with additional duties as needed.###
** QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE*
* • Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably within the residential landscaping industry.
• Strong understanding of landscaping principles, services, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify, pursue, and close opportunities.
• Ability to analyze situations, identify opportunities, and implement effective solutions.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience using CRM systems and business development software;
** Aspire or similar landscaping software experience is highly preferred**. •
** 5–7 years
** of business development experience preferred. •
** Bachelor’s degree required**.###
