Position Overview

As a key player in our sales force, you will forge strong client relationships, uncover customer needs, and offer tailored life insurance solutions.

This role lets you work independently, meet potential clients in various settings, and hit your sales targets in a rewarding and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation:
    Leverage our platform that targets qualified candidates seeking our life insurance products to focus on client interactions.
  • Client Consultation:
    Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals and insurance needs, presenting and explaining life insurance options.
  • Sales Presentation:
    Deliver captivating sales presentations to individuals and groups, tailoring content to address client concerns and preferences.
  • Relationship Management:
    Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and service; conduct regular follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and policy retention.
  • Market Research:
    Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to position our life insurance offerings effectively.
  • Sales Reporting:
    Maintain accurate records of activities and progress toward targets; prepare regular reports for management.
  • Compliance:
    Ensure all activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
Qualifications
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset; able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and manage a flexible schedule.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.
  • Life insurance license or ability to obtain one (licensing support provided).

Compensation
  • Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr
  • Additional compensation types:
    Annual Bonus and Commission
  • Bonuses are performance-based and paid monthly on the 15th
  • Residuals are paid on the anniversary date of the client’s sale
