About the role

Positions include senior leadership for a Home Health Agency, with emphasis on clinical nursing leadership and operational management within a Medicare Certified facility setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a Home Health Agency with 400+ patients, including budgeting, staffing, hiring, and operations.
• Provide strong clinical nursing leadership with focus areas in Critical Care and Med/Surg.
• Ensure performance and quality outcomes as a leader of the agency, with attention to Medicare Certification requirements.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a BSN;
  Master’s degree is nice to have but not required.
• Strong clinical nursing experience in Critical Care and Med/Surg.
• At least 3+ years as Director of Home Health or in a senior leadership role overseeing a large home health operation (budgeting, staffing, hiring, operations).
• Track record of leadership results and achieving positive outcomes in a Home Health Agency and Medicare Certified facility setting.
