In this Acute Care RN role, you’ll be at the forefront of patient‑centered care in high‑acuity units. Core responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessment, rapid response to evolving clinical needs, and the development and execution of individualized care plans. You’ll monitor hemodynamics, administer medications and IV therapies, manage wound care and post‑operative recovery, and utilize telemetry when appropriate.
