Manufacturing maintenance technician

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician based in Alto, GA. The Manufacturing Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining and repairing manufacturing equipment, performing routine preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring industrial systems function at optimal levels. Daily tasks will include identifying and resolving mechanical or electrical faults, maintaining documentation of repairs, and collaborating with team members to uphold safety and efficiency standards.

• Extrusion experience is a plus !
• Strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Troubleshooting, with the ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues efficiently.
• Experience in Preventive Maintenance practices to ensure machinery operates smoothly and downtime is minimized.
• Expertise in Maintenance & Repair of industrial manufacturing equipment and systems (vfd, plc), emphasizing precision and reliability.
• Familiarity with Industrial Maintenance processes and workflows, including maintaining compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
• Additional certifications in industrial maintenance or technical systems (preferred).
• Accepting that as a maintenance technician we are here until the equipment is operational and functioning within the guidelines, some weekend work, holiday work, call-ins, etc. as needed.
