Job Title: IT Vendor Management Office (VMO) Manager (Coupa)

Position is 100% remote, but seeking candidate to be in CST or EST.

Job Duration: 12 months

Candidates must have global vendor management experience along with Coupa experience. Candidates should be experienced in governance and rogue spend tracking, vendor negotiations, and organizational change management.

• Vendor Governance & Strategy: Develop and maintain vendor management policies, processes, and performance frameworks. Align vendor strategies with IT and business objectives to support digital transformation and operational efficiency.
• Contract & Compliance Management: Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and regulatory requirements. Monitor compliance with security, privacy, and risk mitigation standards.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Implement vendor scorecards and dashboards for performance tracking. Conduct quarterly business reviews and provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Financial Oversight: Manage vendor budgets, cost optimization initiatives, and consolidated billing processes. Identify opportunities for savings through rate benchmarking and competitive bidding.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the single point of contact for vendor-related escalations and issue resolution. Collaborate with procurement, legal, and IT teams to ensure seamless vendor onboarding and off boarding.
• Technology & Tools: Drive automation and process improvements for vendor lifecycle management. VMS implementation experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in IT vendor management, procurement, or supplier governance.
• Strong knowledge of VMS tools (e.g., Coupa) and IT service delivery models.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g.,
  GDPR, SOC, ISO
  ).
