Nursing Assistant - Care Partner - Acute Care - Ortho Surgical - Part Time night shift

Excellence in Patient Experience by partnering with the healthcare team, patient and family.;
Provide patient-centered care by following the plan of care and engaging patient and family in collaboration with the healthcare team.;
Consistently implements safety interventions to minimize risk and protects patient rights and confidentiality (HIPAA).;
Participates in hourly patient rounding and responds to telephone calls and call lights promptly.;
Documents completion of patient care in the EMR and communicates patient care concerns to the RN or Charge Nurse in a timely manner.
