A Unique Opportunity in a Retirement Community:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist for a hybrid role within a dynamic retirement community. This position offers the opportunity to provide care in two distinct settings—the on-campus outpatient gym and the home health environment—serving residents in cottages, independent living, assisted living, and memory care. All care is delivered within a small geographic radius, minimizing travel time and maximizing the quality of care.
