Primary Therapist

New View Wellness is dedicated to providing compassionate, expert care for individuals dealing with mental health disorders. By taking the time to understand each client’s unique needs, we develop highly personalized treatment programs. Our goal is to help clients turn their lives around through evidence-based therapies. We focus on helping individuals better understand their mental health challenges and manage symptoms with a combination of therapeutic techniques and appropriate medications.

This is a full-time, on-site Primary Therapist role located in Roswell, GA. The Primary Therapist will provide direct therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing customized treatment plans, and providing ongoing support to clients. The therapist will also collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address chemical dependency, dual diagnoses, and case management needs, ensuring comprehensive client care.

• Experience with Treatment Planning and Case Management to design and oversee individualized care plans
• Proficiency in Social Work and addressing Chemical Dependency to support clients in managing their health and well-being
• Understanding of Dual Diagnosis and the ability to provide integrated care for co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders
• Licensed or certified as a mental health professional (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in Georgia
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Experience in therapeutic approaches such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care is highly desirable
