Clinical Manager Home Health

Overview

Health Care Recruiters International is recruiting for a recognized, national home healthcare provider seeking a Clinical Manager (RN) for their home healthcare branch in Roswell, GA.

• Clinical Manager will have a bachelor’s degree in nursing (preferably) and an RN license in GA
• Clinical Manager will have 3 years of experience within the last 5 years working in home health with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Will know accepted professional standards and practice, Medicare Conditions of Participation, and Federal, State, and Local regulatory requirements

• Clinical Manager overall will have responsibility for coaching and managing field staff, coordinating and managing patient care, and supervising clinical personnel for appropriate delivery of patient care
• Clinical Manager will supervise day-to-day clinical and office operations
• Clinical Manager will ensure services comply with professional standards, state, and federal regulatory requirements
• Clinical Manager will comply with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies, and procedures, including but not limited to the Compliance Program, Code of Conduct, HIPAA, and Documentation Standards
