Assistant Financial Liaison

Overview

We’re hiring an Assistant Financial Liaison to support financial, census, and reimbursement operations within a Skilled Nursing Facility. This role partners closely with leadership to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely follow-up across key revenue cycle functions.

• Support Medicaid applications and renewals
• Manage daily census reporting
• Assist with weekly UR calls
• Maintain accurate records in PCC
• Support resident trust accounts
• Assist with collections and AR aging
• Communicate effectively with families and agencies

• Experience in an SNF Business Office or AR role
• Working knowledge of Medicaid processes in a long-term care facility (Required)
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Clear, professional communicator
• Comfortable in a fast-paced healthcare environment
