Finance Lead - Manufacturing
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a large, well-established manufacturing company in Atlanta seeking a Finance Lead - Manufacturing. Base pay range$/yr - $/yr
Position Overview- Partner closely with plant and operations leadership to support financial decision‑making
- Lead reporting, analysis, and performance tracking across manufacturing operations
- Review and analyze all aspects of product costs and standard cost structures
- Drive and track cost savings and cost avoidance initiatives
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning processes
- Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor operational and financial performance
- Identify process improvement opportunities and support lean initiatives
- Provide actionable insights that improve profitability and operational efficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- 5-8+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing finance
- Expert‑level knowledge of standard cost accounting in a manufacturing environment
- Proven experience driving cost savings initiatives and process improvements
- Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, KPI tracking, and dashboard development
- Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to partner effectively with plant leadership
- Ability to think strategically while also working hands‑on with detailed data and analysis
- Demonstrated history of job stability
