As a Master Automotive Technician, you will:

• Utilize your expertise to diagnose and repair vehicles for our valued customers.
• Gain hands-on experience with a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Collaborate with your team to quickly troubleshoot customer concerns.
• Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Communicate effectively with the service department regarding customer issues.
• Work alongside fellow technicians to solve problems and achieve exceptional results.

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A strong ability to diagnose both mechanical and electrical issues across all vehicle makes and models.
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve our guests.
• 8+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• ASE Certifications preferred, or a commitment to achieve them.
• A track record of meeting or exceeding hourly goals.
• A willingness to learn new skills and processes.
• A professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
• A desire for long-term career development.

This role requires:

• The ability to occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
• Comfort working with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
• Capability to work in tight spaces as needed for repairs.
• Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
• The ability to walk or stand for the majority of your workday.
• Experience driving manual transmission vehicles.
• Proficiency in navigating a computer.
