Front Desk/Receptionist
Job Summary
This full-time, on-site position is focused on reception and front desk responsibilities. This position may handle other administrative tasks from time to time including mailing handling, scanning, copying and filing. However, the main focus is reception. Prior reception experience in a high call volume environment is preferred. In this position you will need to possess the willingness to work well in a team environment as well as the ability to work independently legal experience necessary.
Responsibilities- Answering incoming calls on a multi-line phone system.
- Working in Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Outlook to route calls and voicemails to the appropriate person or department.
- Retrieving and responding to a variety of clients and internal firm requests via phone, email and workflow steps.
- Learning basic legal documents and terminology.
- Ensuring timely, courteous, and thorough responses to a heavy volume of email correspondence.
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients at every level of interaction.
- Providing support to attorneys in a high volume, time sensitive atmosphere.
- Maintaining strict confidentiality of client and borrower information and firm processes.
- Performing other duties and responsibilities as needed.
- Ability to carry 10 pounds or more
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Must be committed to providing exceptional customer service.
- Must be able to work with others in a congenial and team-oriented manner.
- Must be self motivated.
- Must possess exceptional organizational skills; the position requires the ability to multi-task and be adaptable to continual change.
- Must have excellent attention to detail.
- High school degree required.
- College degree strongly preferred.
- Must have recently graduated from college or have 2-3 years of relevant experience.

Work EnvironmentThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Normal office working conditions. The noise level in the work environment is quiet to moderate. This is a full-time onsite position Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.
