Base pay will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. The role is eligible for team‑based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefit eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
Veterans, transitioning active duty military personnel, and military spouses are encouraged to apply. Brookdale offers to advance fees for naturalization (Form N‑400) application costs, up to $725, for qualified associates who have been with us for at least a year.

Responsibilities- Greets all visitors entering the community, answers questions, ensures visitors sign guest sheets, and directs phone calls to the proper residents and staff.
- Sorts, delivers, and collects incoming/outgoing community and resident mail, and may be asked to do basic office/clerical functions, and maintain visitor logs.
- May also respond to resident emergencies by calling appropriate internal and external parties based on community protocol.
