Senior Accountant

Overview

We are recruiting on behalf of a growing, mid-sized industrial company in North Fulton seeking a Senior Accountant to join its finance team. • Lead and support the monthly close process, including journal entries and account reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policies
• Prepare and review financial statements and supporting schedules
• Support internal controls, audits, and external audit requests
• Assist with treasury and cash management activities
• Partner with leadership to develop and improve accounting processes
• Support the integration of a subsidiary into the company's accounting systems

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 3-5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Public accounting experience preferred
• Corporate accounting experience with a strong understanding of month-end close processes
• CPA designation or active pursuit of CPA exams strongly preferred
• Experience with accounting system implementations is a plus
• Demonstrated history of job stability
