Maintenance Associate

Position: MAINTENANCE ASSOCIATE

We are looking for our next Great Team Member to join us as a Maintenance Associate. This is a Full Time and Permanent role.
Responsibilities   Assist with preventative maintenance and report work orders (e.g., replacing ceiling tiles, light bulbs, patching vinyl, grouting repairs).
Perform room checks after guest departures and assist with general repairs to areas such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Assist with routine repairs to hotel equipment, including small appliances, kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, and boilers.
Help with snow removal, landscaping, and maintaining the building’s exterior (curb appeal).
Respond to guest questions, complaints, and requests to ensure strong guest satisfaction.
Perform safety checks on equipment and facilities and participate in the hotel’s emergency response team.
Who We’re Looking For   Customer-focused individuals who are passionate about ensuring the safety and comfort of guests and associates.
Technical skills to perform basic repairs and maintenance in areas like HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and more.
Attention to detail and highly organized in performing maintenance tasks to keep the property in top condition.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Physical stamina to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and comfort with varying temperatures and environments.
Qualifications   Previous engineering or maintenance work experience
