Junior PPC Account Executive

Reports to: Head of Onboarding

Location:Haslingden, Office Based FT

The Junior PPC Account Executive will support the management of digital marketing campaigns across a portfolio of clients. This is an entry-level position ideal for candidates with strong communication and analytical skills who want to build a career in digital marketing. Full training will be provided in Dream Agility’s proprietary AI tools and digital advertising best practices, as well as Google Exams.

• Assist in managing client accounts, ensuring effective communication and high levels of service.
• Use in-house AI technology to track, analyse, and optimise campaign performance.
  Prepare client reports and present key insights clearly.
• Support keyword research, audience targeting, and performance reviews.
• Contribute to client meetings and calls with professionalism and clarity.
• Stay curious and informed about digital marketing and AI developments.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong numerical ability and confidence handling data – excel
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
• Organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks.
• Tech-friendly, quick to pick up new tools and systems.

• Knowledge of Google Ads or digital marketing basics.
• Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• A level Maths
• Experience with Excel
• Experience of Web platforms such as Word Press or Magento
