Are you a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding one-to-one support role? Rotherwood Education is seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and well-established secondary school in Haslingden. You will be working closely with a Year 11 pupil, making a real difference in their learning journey.

• Work in a collaborative and inclusive school environment

• Provide one-to-one support for a Year 11 pupil, including assisting with personal care if required
• Support learning in line with the pupil's individual needs and educational plan
• Collaborate with teachers and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Contribute to wider school initiatives and departmental activities
• Adhere to safeguarding policies and promote student wellbeing

• Qualified Teaching Assistant (Level 2 or 3, or equivalent)
• Experience working with pupils with Muscular Dystrophy and familiarity with hoist use and personal care is highly beneficial
• Excellent behaviour management and communication skills
• Commitment to inspiring young people and improving educational outcomes for all learners

• Competitive daily rates of £80-£90 per day
