We are looking for a Customer Service Agent / Appointment Maker to work for a Legal claims client in Rossendale. The role is office based Mon – Fri 9 am – 5 pm.
Job Role- Work in a call centre environment.
- Call back customers who have made inbound enquiries and are already in the process of receiving a claim.
- Clarify details with them and book them in for a hearing test to validate their claims.
- Work from the CRM system.
- Our client secures compensation for ex‑servicemen and UK veterans all over the world. They may be eligible for hearing‑loss damage claims if they suffered during service.
Training is provided. Previous call centre experience is required. You have the potential to make £500–£1,000 per month in commissions easily by converting warm inbound enquiries into appointments.
